The scramble is being organized by the Stuercke adult children in cooperation with the Les
Turner Foundation. The Les Turner ALS Foundation is a non-profit corporation under section
501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and has a federal tax identification number of 36-
2916466. The Foundation is registered with the State of Illinois, Office of the Attorney
General, Charitable Trust and Solicitations Bureau as CO # 01009026 and is in compliance
with all provisions of the Better Business Bureau's Standards for Charitable Solicitations.
